Since you have received the NUANS report and Cover letter, you can fill out all the essential government forms in 90 days. Thus, you can officially go for business registration with the provincial government.
You can complete your registration in New Brunswick with the Corporate Registry in Fredericton. You can also accomplish it via printed or online forms. Performing online is a suitable option.
FORM 5 – If you are starting a sole proprietorship.
FORM 1 – If you are starting a partnership.
FORM 1, FORM 2, FORM 4 – If you are incorporating.
FORM 10 – If you are renewing an existing company.
FORM 26, FORM 25, FORM 25.1 – If you have business in another territory and want to register it in New Brunswick.
